Streamline Serum Antibody Analysis with Simple Western Assays

Antibody production is a key aspect of both physiological and pathological immune system functions. Scientists quantify serum antibody levels to confirm the effectiveness of a vaccine, to diagnose pathogen infections, or to identify the presence of autoimmune disorders.

Serum antibody measurements are usually performed using Western blotting, but this traditional process is laborious and long. Simple Western assays simplify the traditional Western blotting process by automating the procedure within individual capillaries.

Simple Western assays require as little as 10 μL of diluted serum per data point and provide accuracy, specificity, and reproducibility while reducing time and energy expenditure.
