Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are pivotal for immunotherapies targeting solid tumors. Researchers use murine tumor models to study TILs, but consistently extracting well-defined TIL populations is difficult because the TILs are part of a mixture containing tissue and cellular debris. Centrifugation induces cellular stress that reduces TIL recovery, but Laminar WashTM systems that use gravity to settle live cells and remove debris via a gentle and continuous buffer flow offer better results.
Download this white paper from Curiox to learn how Laminar Wash technology simplifies extraction workflows and improves overall TIL recovery.
