High quality qPCR reagents and master mixes are essential to ensure reliable results and excellent reproducibility for your real-time PCR applications, however, these reagents often come with high costs. In addition, a limited amount of valuable samples or starting templates may influence reaction volume. A simple scale-down of PCR reaction volumes often poses a challenge with regard to achieving reliable results.
